Wedding Cars Price Guide List for Surrey, Berks, Bucks, Middx. Sussex and London.
Please Read the Following.
The following price guide is for vehicles booked for weddings in 2011/2012 and booked in 2011. All hires are considered to start from our Cobham, Surrey base and terminate at same. The charges listed below are based on either:
1) A 4 hour hire and 30 miles base to base (so local to us) and within 10 miles of our Cobham base.
2) A 5 hour hire and 50 miles base to base and within 20 miles of our Cobham, Surrey base.
The basic charge includes one journey to the place of the service and one journey to the reception place. If required and when within a reasonable distance, a second journey will be included for the transportation of bridesmaids to the ceremony place first, without additional charge.
If transport is only required to a single destination and no wait is required at the ceremony place, a discount is applied. If additional journeys are required for bridesmaids etc. single destination discounts are not applicable.
In the case of single destination travel, should additional journeys take place before the ceremony or the vehicle be kept until after the ceremony for a photo shoot, then the full price will apply and you are entitled to take a short drive forthwith as husband and wife.

It should be noted that this is only a guide as requirements are variable and a firm quote can only be provided when we know your exact requirements. This can result in charges less than listed above but seldom more.
* Peak - Friday and Saturday. April, May, June, July, August, September, October and December.
** Off Peak - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Also, weddings taking place in January, February, March and November.
No vehicle will be held without a deposit. A deposit in the region of 25% is required to secure any vehicle and is non-refundable or date transferable.
Please note that this is a guide as the areas of Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, Sussex and London are extensive and the charges above must take into account the mileages indicated.
